Staff here have been great and helpful anytime i needed them. Originally went here in 2015 because my ps3 wasn't playing blu rays just dvd. They dusted off the inside and on the receipt they put that they had to blow out the Sahara desert hahah. I have had it since 2007 or so, so I understood what they meant. When later on the same thing happened it turned out the laser needed replacing and they just subtracted the cost of the previous service from the new laser parts and labor. This was December 2015. Just yesterday my ps3 was acting up again and Dylan and Damian (spelling?) did their magic. On the way out I saw that they had Rocky for the Sega master system for $12. Was going to get it but I was running out of my time for lunch so I came back and got it today. The packaging and game look to be in great condition. Just played it before I typed this sentence, works great so far. A lot of times I feel alienated coming into stores like this or the staff can be snobby, but they have always treated me well here. I miss the zoltar machine from the movie big but I guess they were just holding it for the owner. I always look forward to coming here because I know it's $ that is spent on good products, services, and definitely employees
