I stopped in right now after a workout to grab a light healthy smoothie. Wow, I am impressed and will definitely return! Each smoothie can be tailored to a variety of diets. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Even better, it took less than two minutes to make my smoothie even though I had a hard time choosing with all the great options. $6 isn't too bad for something that is better for you than Starbucks ;) I got the strawberry banana post work out with yogurt base.
