Morrison Smith did a great job restoring for me a watch which belonged to my sister who passed away. The watch was not particularly valuable to anyone but me, but because it was important to me, the folks at Morrison Smith helped me with a new band and got the watch running like new. I was amazed how they treated my watch as if it was the most valuable piece in the store. It certainly meant a lot to me.
