Horrible experience! Our group was cut off based on subjective opinion. No one on our group was drunk, obnoxious, inappropriate or loud, other than laughing. Um, we're at a comedy club! I kept trying to get the specific person and/or comments that were causing the issue so I could address it appropriately with whoever it was in my group. They could not identify any person in our group or what was said/done that was disruptive.
We take large groups (300 people plus) on incentive trips around the world. This was a test run and I will never bring our group here, which would have been a complete buy-out of the club. Terrible management and customer service.
Performance was good, just hard to hear sometimes.
