Unable to get oil change completed at first visit, but was not told until after waiting in the lobby for 20 minutes. Was told I would be scheduled an appointment and given a discount. Was not scheduled an appointment and had to ask a total of 4 times for the promised discount. Discount was only applied to services, but not to parts purchased. Tires rotated, but air pressure not addressed correctly. Inside dually tires were over inflated and outside rear tires are under inflated. Let me tell you adjusting air in dually tires is a pain and for $90 I think it should have been done correctly. I was told that it was recommended that rear differential be changed due to towing at 15,000 miles which is not true. It's not recommended until 45,000 miles. Superstition Springs Chrysler service department makes me miss my Ford Super Duty.
