Scheduled mobile windshield replacement service (rock chip gone horribly bad due to Vegas summer heat) for a Monday, but the installer never arrived. Upon calling customer service, the scheduler found the error, re-scheduled later in the week, and waived the mobile installation fee.
Installation was convenient and was finished in less than an hour. The rain sensor gasket the installer used around the looks generic and doesn't quite fit correctly, but I'm sure it is still functional.
Two days later, we suffered a rock chip (DOH!) and the free windshield repair was quick and painless, bringing the review from 3 to 4 stars.
