I usually love Uber but this last experience was too upsetting to ignore. I was waiting for an uber who goes by the name of Richard in a Nissan. I was supposed to do an Uber Pool but when he picked up the first person he was not picking me up, he was actually driving away from me...Uber needs to reassure that the uber drivers KNOW what they are doing and how to use the app properly...he made me late for work!!! NOT COOL!
