If I could give them a 0 star, I would. My 19 year old daughter has been going here for about 3 years. A year and 3 months ago Dr. Shoenhaus put her on the pill to help control her cycles, everything went well until in January when we went to fill her prescription and it was denied. We were told she needed to be seen before they would refill it.
Fast forward to today... My daughter went in and saw Dr. Garg. He was condescending to her and even yelled at her because she didn't know the name of her prescription. He told her he wouldn't fill it because he didn't know what it was... Hello, don't you have records! Just because you are a Dr. and wear a white jacket does not make your word gospel.
She came and got me out of the waiting room in tears and I went back with her. The nurse came in and I told the nurse they were the ones at fault for refilling the prescription when they shouldn't have and they had the records right there, all they really had to do was look in her chart.
After I went back there the attitude changed, and they finally agreed to fill her prescription for 3 months, but I will not be taking my daughter there again. Their bedside manner is horrible, nobody deserves to be treated this way.
