Terrible experience. Tried to register a car purchased out of state. Person at front supposedly checked paperwork and was totally clueless. After waiting 45 minutes the nightmare began and woman with yellow fingernail polish proceeded to throw one obstacle after another until I left. Sat morning at 3rd party MVD was successful with Spanish speaking reps. I hope the state gets rid of these annoying and worthless clerks and privatizes entire system. If these people worked in a private business they'd be fired right away.
