I know this place has a bad reputation and is considered one of the worst tanning spots in LV, but it always seems to get worse every incident I have. I have to be somewhere (at 10), was here at 9 when they open, and no one is here. It's now 9:12.... crickets. This place can collect monthly dues with no problem, yet they can't seem to be professional enough to have their staff arrive on time.
It's a 9 o'clock shift which I don't think is hard to make on time. However, this is what happens when you hire teenagers to run your company. The brand is already bad enough, it doesn't help that you can't even be reliable to open the business at the displayed hours.
With that being said, If you are considering getting a membership here, save your time and money. I would try Rio Tan, Tan Republic or even Palm beach tan. Yes, you may pay a little more, but let's be honest... we are always willing to pay a little more for honest services. I need to upgrade today, since I waited 17 min (and still counting), let's see if they will take care of it! Or let's just hope someone shows up soon. Is that asking for too much?
