Lives up to the hype. I'd wait in line for a couple of hours to eat here.
We came at 3pm on a Friday. No line. #winning so hard. I think the magic starts here in two ways. First, the wood-fired oven they use (so the type of wood, and the high temp), and the freshness of the meat (which is all from regional providers). Beyond the meat, ALL of the ingredients were so fresh, and such high quality, that you wonder how the prices on the menu aren't higher.
Everything we had: empanadas, provoletta, chicken sandwich, and the gaucho platter were divine. Of course, their four housemade sauces are seemingly made by the hands of angels). My 3-year old niece begged us each day after to take her back here. This place could be a Paleo Paradise, but the bread is so so so good (from a local bakery, can't recall which one) that you're going to go all-in on the carbs. This is one of those times when each bite you take, you have a foodgasm (and you--perhaps awkwardly note--that everyone around you is experiencing the same thing).
Not cheap by any means, but you're getting top-quality food prepared with expert precision, so worth every penny. Highly recommended.
