I don't understand how people in the service industry lack customer service. If I'm placing an order don't ask a co-worker a question and when I think it was directed to me don't get an attitude and say it wasn't. Alyssa ( I think that's her name) if it isn't she's the girl with the tattoos and braces.. Was rude and should learn that the customer should receive her undivided attention when placing an order especially when it was just one drink. Never had bad customer service at any Starbucks but I know I won't be coming back to this one... And probably won't be coming back to this Safeway. Fail.
