I worked with Josh, a Master Trainer for several months at the 32nd Street & Camelback LA Fitness. It was a good experience. My legs got very strong - I can bike pretty easily up big hills now and can even stand up and pedal - something I could not do before :-)
Josh is a quiet, steady trainer who listens to your needs and adjusts the training accordingly. On top of that he is a great guy and good listener!
