Usually go by myself, but cousin wanted to check it out. Told her to come with me to see if they'll give her a seven day pass. Guy in the front had a little sissy attitude the whole time. Asked for her ID, she didn't have one. Says he has to ask his manager if it's okay. Okay, cool that's fine. Then he says he needs at least my ID even though I'm a member. He told us to wait for his manager and to have a seat. Manager comes out and is on his computer. We waited 20 minutes meanwhile the associate kept staring at us and had a little bitchy attitude with every person coming in. I asked for my ID back and said I'll just come back another time I have other things to do and he responds "uhh okay?" Wtf. Well don't have us wasting our time when the manager is just checking his emails. Definitely going to another gym.
