The front desk ladies at Blakeny leave a lot to be desired. Arrived with a smile on my face and tried to make eye contact with any one of the three who were at the desk. None were busy. None would make eye contact or acknowledge my presence. Seriously, how hard is it to say "Hi" when a patient comes through the door, especially if one isn't busy? Maybe it was just an off day for them. I hope so.
