My recent visit for an oil change was nothing short of a disaster. Let's understand for a moment that I have been there before to have my oil changed and have noticed a steady decline in service.
1. I was not greeted upon arrival
2. I asked that they advise me (other than the oil change) what else might need to be done (new filter etc.)
3. My car was left outside for pickup and nobody went over what was done with my vehicle.
4. I was presented with a receipt for my oil change and was asked to simply read that.
5. The staff was completely rude, unempathetic and unresponsive during the entire process.
6. Management was contacted and failed to follow-up in a proper manner.
7. Will NEVER return.
