I'd bought two Chamberlain garage door openers at Home Depot. I also purchased installations from them. Unfortunately, you don't get a choice on installers.
Within a couple of days, Cactus called me to set up a time for the install. They arranged a midday Saturday appointment. Ricardo was the technician that arrived. He was brisk, but thorough. In less than two hours, he had our two old openers removed and the new ones completely installed and operational. He quickly showed me the operation and features, had me sign, and was off.
I'm pretty happy overall with how it went, and would recommend Ricardo.
