Wow! I am over the moon to have this new edition in the neighborhood. A huge elevation to the real Vegas food scene (i.e. not overpriced, underperforming Strip outposts of actually good restaurants). Not pretentious, reasonably priced and perfectly prepared. As good, if not better than Scarpetta, but without having to go to the Strip or go broke. Plus, a chef who cares enough about the food to be in the dining room.
