Had a very disappointing experience with Mayfield Collision Centers. The staff was friendly and helpful enough, but the maintenance side was severely lacking. I was hit by a driver whose insurance took full responsibility and has a partnership with Mayfield Collision Centers, which made the logistical process simple. However, after getting my car fixed, there was a noticeable rattling when I went on the highway. I brought the car back and they told me that they found the problem and fixed it. However, the next time I took it on the highway, I had the same issue. Again, I brought it back and they said they found the problem (now a different solution than the original one) and they fixed it. Now, the original rattling has been fixed (they admitted it was their error that caused the sound), but there is a noticeably loud whistling sound coming from the door. They are obviously not testing the car after fixing it, as they claim to, or they just don't care about they job that they have done. At this point, there car is old enough that I will likely just deal with the noise, because I have no way of believing that if I brought it back it would actually be fixed.
