On a Saturday I had a dental emergency and I needed an oral surgeon. This is the only dentist i could find that had one, let alone take me as a new patient with no notice.
As you can imagine I was in SO MUCH F*#%ing PAIN!!! Dr. Tran was literally amazing. He makes me wish he was my dentist (he would be if I didn't live in south Las Vegas and this dentist is in north Las Vegas )
He was so caring and really attentive in making sure I was okay... he did an exam for a second opinion and in the end agreed with what my dentist had recommended. He explained in detail what the surgery entails and what the next steps were as well.
Dr. Kim did my oral surgery. He was always very nice. I was extremely uneasy and nervous and he dealt with it, in my opinion, the best way possible! By the end of it I was laughing with a bloody Gauze in my mouth.
And then I feel bad because I can't remember her name.... front desk lady... name starts with an M, she dealt with my insurance and financial. She was AMAZING!!!!!!!!! AMAZING. Was so sweet to me, telling me things to say when I go back to my normal dentist, and recommending me to call her if I have any questions at all or don't feel like something is right. She doesn't benefit from this what so ever, since I am not their patient. But I really loved that she cared enough to try and help me. (My dentists oral surgeon wasn't on staff for two more days.... which I was unwilling to wait)
