I have trained with Marty on and off for about 7 years. There are some big gaps in there from having moved out of state for a while butnow I am back, and thrilled to be working out with Marty again. The classes are fun and motivating, the exercises really vary from doing bag training to agility to conditioning. I can hardly walk right now I am so sore from my last session (that will change when my fat ass gets back in shape) Haus boxing is great if you are looking for a great workout and are bored of the treadmill and weights routine. You will get stronger, faster and tougher. The boxing workouts are awesome, and you will be amazed when you star throwing combos by number. If you are more serious about boxing, Marty is the man to see. My fighting days are behind me after getting my asked kicked during a sparring match with a 50 year old man (turns out I don't like getting punched) but if you want to fight, Marty will little put you through the ringer. See ya at Haus
