We advise NOT to use this company!! We hired them to fix the light that went out in our Dacor over. The original light components were no longer available so a different part was used. Upon installation the new light caused a complete failure of the dual oven motherboard. The motherboard was replaced and Trampas promised us he would communicating directly with Dacor to have the original light components manufactured. We paid him for 2 trips to our home and over $900. Fast forward 8 months and we still do not have working lights. After repeatedly calling for a status he now tells us Dacor is not making the part and used extremely foul language to tell us we were a pain to him and has no intention of refunding us for any work performed and we should never call him again. In all my 30+ years as a homeowner I never been treated so poorly!! If you choose to use him buyer beware!!!
