BUYER BEWARE: I made a reservation online from Sky Harbor Airport to the Prescott Valley Kiosk. I travel with a service dog. I made my reservation online and called to add the service dog to the reservation. When I arrived at the airport and checked in for the shuttle I was told I could not ride because my service dog had to have his own flight. THAT IS ILLEGAL to require me to make the dog have his own seat. My service dog is considered a piece of medical apparatus just like a wheel chair!!!! They wanted me to wait an extra 2 hours at the airport. When I called the company I was told that the dog had not been added to my reservation and that I was basically out of luck and were not willing to try to accommodate at all. True first person I spoke to said she was transferring and hung up on me. The second man I talked to also hung up on me after being quite RUDE!!! I WILL NOT give this business my money ever again!!!
