There is no better bike shop in the Ahwatukee area than Global Bikes! Evin Carr, the general manager, is committed to excellent knowledge and quality, but more so customer service. I had an issue with my bike that he went over and beyond what was expected of him to ensure I was taken care of. He was kind, patient and was very detailed in his explanation. In fact, when my husband and I showed up to pick up my bike, Evin was waiting outside, sitting on my bike after taking a few test rides. My husband was a fan of the Ahwatukee Global Bike shop and I am now an even bigger fan! This shop isn't just for the serious road or mountain biker, but also for the mom and pop leisurely street riders, like my husband and myself. We are customers for life now and know that whatever issues that may arise with our bikes, Evin and his team will take care of us - thanks a million!!! :-)
