As many others have said, Christina Cousins is the only reason I continue to go to this office. I have taken my family to this office since before Christina started working here and she knows my children and remembers their history without having to read through their charts. She used to take much more time with us before they had a new rule of only taking 15 minutes per patient. It takes over an hour past your appt. time to be seen and then you feel like you are rushed out. They do not return calls and tests results come a month after receiving the results. I only know it has been a month because I request my results straight from the lab. I know it will take too long to get from the Dr.s office. I am very disappointed in the way this office is run. They seem to care more about how many patients they can cram in than if the patient is getting good care.
