When for Valentine's Day dinner. We had a 5PM reservation. We had to wait as the table was dirty from prior guests. We placed our drink order and waited 20 minutes for the drinks. Next we placed our order and waited 30 minutes for our salads one of the 6 orders was wrong and sent back. We ordered our dinner as soon as the salads arrived hoping to avoid another long wait unfortunately that did not work and another 30 minute wait endured. Again one order was wrong and sent back. The mashed potatoes were cold and returned again a wait. Lastly we were told they would comp our deserts. Nice but again we waited 30 minutes for the desert.
I was told that they took 900 reservations for Valentine's Day, I don't know if that is correct but they certainly had more reservations than they could handle. Our total time at Brio was 3 hours. "Unacceptable"
