Out of all the apartment complexes I have lived in, Grigio's maintenance team is the best!! I can always count on my trusty and routine 'Go To' maintenance man Preston Hogan to come in and take care of any issues in a timely manner. When allowing someone into my home, while I am not present, to repair the washer or replace a light bulb is a risky thing to do, but not with Preseton! He comes in does his job and is leaves just a note saying the task was complete. Preston Hogan's where it's at!!! I'll sure miss him when I move!
