From the quote to the actual install was a reasonable and professional experience, nothing bad but nothing great. My issue is that they charged me full price on an expensive carpet and then gave me the end of the roll so there was a huge crease in it right in the traffic area of my room. When I asked them about it they said it would go away in a few weeks and not to worry about it. I left it a few weeks and called back to say that it was not going away and that I wanted a discount for the end of the roll product. They told me that it would go away and that they could not discount any of the product. I am 2 years into this carpet and the marking is better but it has not gone away. Thanks Fitz for being so upstanding, how many more people have you ripped off.
