Purchased a groupon and was very excited to start this seeing all the 5 star reviews, after purchasing you have to sign up online and wait for response ( about 4 days I think ) saying to choose your start time ( on a day they choose) about 1and 1/2 months out .. So finally get to THE DAY and can't find the place cause there's ABSOLUTELY NO SIGNAGE ! Yes, in the email they warn you but I still find it weird for a business to have no sign , not even a cardboard sign directing u where to go. I drove around back like the email said and see no people , no instruction , all doors closed. So it's not like in gonna go opening random doors. All that's around is a dirt parking lot , construction stuff going on , piles of rocks , cars.... Doesn't seem like a boot camp set up . Tried calling and the voice mailbox is FULL ! Frustrated and irritated I drive around again and then there's a class starting , by that time I did not want to interrupt so left . I emailed them (since I couldn't get through via phone) and a whole week goes by and they email me back late Sunday night letting me know I could start the next day . Thanks for the "advance" notice ! So, very irritated and disappointed I called Groupon and got my money back.
