The last time I took my dog here I noticed that the water bowls in the small dog enclosure were empty. I asked about it and was told that the dogs kept knocking it over and spilling the water so they stopped filling them up (!!). I found that pretty disturbing, especially given that we live in a desert and there were many dogs in the enclosure all day. I also felt uncomfortable that you can see into the small dog enclosure but not the large dog enclosure. I'd strongly suggest that D Pet Hotels establish video cams in both enclosures that could be viewed by owners using the web.
