Do not do business with this company. The sales person said the charges would be waived for installing the equipment and then the sales guy tells me to get what I want which was door sensors and smoke alarms would be $800. I called 1 week later to let them know and they said per my contract I have only 3 days, that was never made clear while installing. I have had nothing but problems with my account with ADT since, my rebate for installation was put on hold until I called the corporate office to find out where it was, the # for the rebate center I was receiving was disconnected. They aren't willing to help to keep customers or receive new referrals. I will never recommend this company to anyone!
