If you can actually get someone on the phone after 45 minutes, they are very nice. However, don't do same day delivery with Amazon to an office because come to find out many OnTrac drivers start late in the day. This is the second time now that the driver was unable to get to the office by 6pm for a delivery for 4 days in a row. Instead of just giving the package do a different driver, I had call and get the item returned, and re-order with 2-day shipping so that UPS or Fedex would get the delivery and actually deliver on time. What they lack is simple common sense... give it to a different driver!!!
