These guys are crooks that sold me a car they knew was in an accident... the vehicle had a clean car proof and I'm 1 thousand percent sure they knew about this I found out my car was in an accident when it started to rust in the rear quarter panel within 4 months of ownership mind you this was a 2011 Bmw m3 fairly new when told about this faraz the owner refused to do anything about it and denied that he knew it was in an accident its like once they sell u a car there attitude towards u changes look at how much bondo they put in my rear quarter panel to hide the damage the truth always prevails too bad Canada doesn't have a law protecting consumers oh and they sold me a crappy 3800 warranty that was supposed to cover engine problems for up to 7000 per claim and when my throttle actuators went bad they denied my claim because it wasn't an lubricated part, which they didn't not mention he told me it will cover anything that could possibly go wrong with my engine they know the warranties that the sell are complete bs but they still choose to sell it because of the commission which is pretty misleading and last but not least these goofs told me they changed the oil before giving me the car, at the time when I was working at bmw I had bmw do an oil change these crooks from faraz just changed the oil not the filter and when I looked at the filter it was old dirty and clogged not even the oem filter some cheap Korean made brand the mechanic told me all they did was drain and fill the oil not even change the filter this could have catastrophically damaged my engine just cuz they neglected to pay 39 dollars for an oil filter the funny thing is he knew I worked at bmw he's an idiot to think this wouldn't come back to haunt him
