This was a great gym at one time. The instructors Mark and Katie are the best. The gym has gone down hill since Brittany has taken over as manager. She is unprofessional. When I became injured from doing the high intensity workouts, I was threatens. Brittany said "corporate" would send me to collections unless I paid for a month which my doctor told me I could not do and recommended I not do in the future. The funny thing is each location is independently owned corporate has nothing to do with the payments. Run don't walk away from OTF. $90+ a month is too much to pay for a gym that is over crowed and can't watch your form doing the workouts. You will end up spending more money in the long run paying for restorative therapy to not live in pain from these workouts.
