I always get delivery from this location. The delivery drivers are fantastic. Hardworking, always with a smile.
Now I love fried chicken! But I find that KFC is just too greasy and imho their fries suck. So I was really happy and excited to try the crispy chicken from Swiss Chalet.
In short I loved it! It was very crispy and moist, but not greasy at all. I hope they add this to the permanent menu. I would order it all the time.
My only disappointment was with the chalet sauce and the French fries. The chalet sauce was cold. Not room temperature but cold. The French fries were cold and hard. It didn't seem worth making an issue over. But that is why I only order from Swiss Chalet once or twice a month. There is always something off.
Last month I was shorted 2 of the 4 cans of pop I ordered. Now they were nice when I called and credited me with 4 cans on my next order (this one). But I don't want to be continually calling and complaining . That is why they only get 3 stars instead of more.
