I feel like this spot is so close to achieving a four-star rating from me. I have been here four times and although nothing significant has gone wrong, I just feel like nothing, aside from some beverage specials, have really blown me away.
They have a pretty solid Happy Hour and pitcher specials, especially during game times. The environment suits itself to a good sports watching environment, plenty of high quality flat screens on every wall in every corner. It would seem like they could accommodate every game/sport simultaneously which is very convenient for someone who wants to watch a Bills game and a hockey game at the same time... if any spot in Surprise could manage it, it would likely be Under Review.
Food has been fairly consistent, I would say that food rates about a 4-star rating when we are talking bar food quality and taste. The service is where UR has lacked in the past. Our last two times service has been quick to greet and take orders, but food and check delivery seems to slow the process down and effect our ultimate experience. I plan to return again and give it another go... if for no other reason than because they have good beverage prices and decent wings/burgers.
Hopefully they get that fourth star with my next visit!
