I came here to get my very first Brazilian wax which was a mistake. I done it on a whim because I couldn't get in anywhere else. I didn't do my research on this place beforehand, stupid me for going to a nail salon for a Brazilian wax but why would they even offer a service without proper technique? Anyways, the first girl that was going to take me was very hesitant and looked scared so I asked her if she's done this before and she admitted to only doing it two times. At that point, I was going to leave and I regret not doing so. This other girl came in and seemed confident so I caved. She didn't use anything to clean my area, she didn't wear gloves, and she was double dipping into the wax pot! I work in a hair salon and I took a basic waxing course so I kind of have basic knowledge on how to wax. Red flags were going up the whole time and I wanted to leave but didn't want to cause a scene. It was extremely painful I almost cried afterwards. I will never go back there, next time I will go somewhere like Frilly Lilly that specializes in Brazilians, or I'll do it myself lol.
