After we returned from our honeymoon I schedule an appointment to get my toe nails looked at. I ran and completed my first marathon and my left toe had a small bruise under the nail the size of a felt pen tip while my right toenail was dead and starting to fall off from trauma hiking Mount Humphrey's, running, and stubbing it so I went in to see what could be done for both toenails. I am not a feet person. Feet gross me out so it really bothered me that both toenails were so unattractive. But Dr. Plaskey did not seem to mind and checked out my feet. He was kind and professional and did not seem concerned and told me what my options were. He prescribed me Nuvail to thin out the right toe nail in hopes that a new one will grow back and scheduled a one month follow up to check on both toes. Who knew it takes up to a year for nails to grow?
