For some reason this is the Starbucks where I have the most problems. For example every single time I order a drink through mobile order or even through the drive-thru they seem to always get it wrong and it never fails. It is so frustrating. On top of that their customer service is very poor, they do not know how to read an order back to you when you're in the drive thru which shows courtesy and professionalism, and I understand that they are busy and overwhelmed and are moving fast but show some customer service smile and say thank you and actually mean it. Also do not get upset and catch an attitude with me when I ask you to read my order back through the drive-thru intercom. Come on. Customer service 101.
