youre right i absolutely did spend 10 minutes of my time letting others know the TRUTH on how unprofessional you are ... which im sure they can see as you CONTINUE to argue with me over a website where im allowed to say how i feel about any and every business i go to , and i will continue to do so !, so they know to expect nothing more of you if they choose to go to your "establishment" which is actually what yelp/ reviews are for if you werent aware. to be honest you actually had no idea and neither did the tech or the person who made my appointment over the phone that i had been there before i told her during my wax id been before is how the conversation even came about and she said she would look into it and you guys probably couldnt find me because i have a different last name and phone number since id last been ... after my first visit i actually hadnt came back in a year for a reason, all waxing studios have similiar names and almost sound the same so until i arrived i didnt know that was the place id be returning to , paying wasnt the issue your attitude and demeanor was ...because i paid full price and THEN proceeded with my questions and upon leaving i suggested you dont say anything else to or about me because itd be in your best interest you never know who people kno these days your cust service is unacceptable so im still suggesting the same and i will continue to urge everyone i know to go elsewhere for their waxing needs where they must follow different "regulations" to be able to offer privacy to their clients as a business owner you should know word of mouth is the best compliment and promo you unfortunately deserve neither.
