If I had a choice of a 1/4 of a star this is what I would choose. Although, the office is clean, the staff are friendly, (even the doctor), and there are pictures on the walls which promise "Live again" "Laugh again" and so on.......My visit went great BUT.......THAT WAS THE END OF IT. When I got home after the visit I realized that the medication I was taking, (prescribed by this office) was making me agitated and sad. I called an reported that and received a call back, (48 hours) later. I was told, the DOCTOR THINKS, "we have a good plan in place" WHAT?? I called back, left another message and asked if he could put me back on a lesser medication of which I was taking when I came to his office. NO CALL BACK YET, 4 days later. WELL, He's fired! He probably doesn't care, but if you look at the other reviews here on YELP, the "Pain Center of Arizona" better start caring.
