Came from out of town to look at real estate investment opportunities in Las Vegas. I did some research online for real estate agents and narrowed it down to a few agents and selected Randy to work with as he could do both the real estate agent and the property management.
I was a bit anxious coming in from out of town. Randy was great to work with, professional, and knowledgeable. In investigating houses, he brought his property management perspective in and let us know his opinion about each place which let us know that he cares about doing the job right. He had contacts for a property inspector, home insurance and mortgage broker which was very convenient.
