I feel like the experience at this office is very hit or miss. Personally both times I've gone and I've been very lucky and never spent more than 15/20 minutes waiting and the entire visit never took more than an hour and a half (cleaning, x-rays and exam). No one has ever tried to upsell me anything with the exception of a fluoride treatment for an extra $30. In fact I went to Prestige Dental after first seeing a different dentist who told me I had all sorts of issues. I was genuinely concerned however as a person who had never had a cavity in my life I found it hard to believe all of a sudden I would have dental issues. When I went to Prestige they told me my teeth looked great and couldn't understand why the other dentist had mentioned problems that were clearly there. So, in my opinion Prestige Dental has been great for me.
