It's sad but my long time eye Dr. of twenty years shut down his practice and moved to MyEyeDr. My wife and I have been going there since the move but the service is not good. If you call you can't get any real help and it doesn't matter if you just had an exam last month, if you call about anything, they just want to book you for another exam. On my last visit 11 weeks ago, I was given one trial contact with no follow up appointment. I wore it for a month and called to let them know that monovision (one contact) was not a good solution for me. I was told to make another appointment. I tried to explain that I didn't even get so much as a prescription out of my last visit but they didn't care. It is sad but we have to go elsewhere.
