If I could have rated the CM at STC a 0 I would have. The service is unbelievable slacking, which is frustrating considering the amount of money being spent is nothing to laugh about. I simply called in to ask a question, and was on hold for almost 20mins. Within this 20mins, 3 different employees picked up the phone and asked me the same question of what I would like. The last employee to answer with an attitude told me that they do not put things on hold, and they have more than 10 colours which she doesn't have time to tell me about. Very upsetting, she also told me that they are not busy and I could come in and look for myself. REALLY?! if you weren't busy why was I on hold for 20mins, only not to be give an answer. Anyways I'm done with CM from now one.
