We just had lunch at The Vig, and split the prime rib sandwich with a side salad. It was delicious and they gave us VERY GENEROUS portions of prime rib. I do have to give a couple of complaints. The sandwich was a little on the cold side, but the hot au jus made up for it! We ordered bleu cheese with the garden salad, but it tasted like ranch. The service was great, but for a $14 dollar sandwich, the side salad should have been included. Other than these small issues, we will be back.
