The whole place smells so bad inside. I was inside and ordered and then walked outside to take a breath and air out and a lady opened the door to walk inside and I could smell their fumes just dying to escape that room! I've never been to a boba spot that smelled so bad.
Also, they don't put enough boba inside their drinks. Note my photo. I ran out of boba 2/3 of the way through my drink. And I generally take a nice big swig of juice with each single boba I eat at a time. So that's saying something. Most people probably would run out half way through their drinks. If I wanted a smoothie I would just go to Jamba Juice. But when you sell a smoothie with boba, don't jip your customers. I paid $5.36 for a large drink. Normally for the same size it is $4.89. It's that price at snoh, at mytea, and at Taiwanese express. And at those 3 other locations, I get a decent amount of boba for what a paid for. AND! Those three places don't smell like a KFC bathroom like this place does.
They get one star for variety of flavors and another for not rude but not super welcoming service either. (They didn't say hi when I came in, but they weren't rude about explaining their menu). Their boba tastes a little stale but it's not terrible. I've been to worse but I'd prefer many other spots to this one tho.
