This is my first spa experience so I don't have anything to compare it to. I came in for a for:

Swedish Massage
Rhassoul Wrap
They were all amazing services. I even booked the 30 minute jacuzzi suite rental at the end which was fabulous, I needed that alone time after being touched so much! lol.
The use of the steam room in-between each service was fabulous. It so relaxing. And the staff were knowledgable and sweet.
My only thing is during my facial the lady who was doing it left when she was finished and didn't even tell me. I wasn't sure whether to just lay there and wait or get up, leave and wait for my second booking. I wish there was more communication. It was my first time and maybe I should have mentioned that but then again they shouldn't assume you come there often.
