I have been coming here since 2011. I went to couple other places before I found Dental Plus. Dental Plus is a smaller practice. The front desk person does a great job with scheduling, reminding, and following up on cost of procedure. One time I had an emergency that I needed to see Dr. Tong, and she was able to squeeze me in the next day. I see Dr. Tong about two times per year, and she remembers my name whenever I call. Wait time is never longer than 20' for me. Since Dr. Tong is the only dentist here, he is very busy. I usually have a dental assistant to take me in the room, set up, take X Ray, then Dr. Tong comes to do his part and leave, and the dental assistant finish everything up. I'm happy with the service here.
