Never return calls. Close repair requests without resolution. It took 5 months and 4 requests to get a drawer fixed that was supposed to be repaired prior to move in. Garage door remote provided will not work with door opener and needs a special remote that is no longer made. Again work order was closed without communication or resolution. over half of the screens were missing upon move in and they refuse to replace them, creating an unsafe environment for kids' rooms upstairs.
If you rent from here, be prepared to have nothing fixed and your calls ignored.
